The foods most popular to young African Americans are also the foods most likely to kill. ![]() The food pyramid we learned in school is a diet which
supports heavy consumption of dairy, meats and carbohydrates YET the original farm diet: beans,
greens and cornbread is an ideal diet for longevity. Have we chosen to eat ourselves to death? Teenagers are now having cardiac arrest and developing morbid obesity and diabetes---short lives---- and we can stop this -at the table! |
