Good Health is free!
Excellent health is not a matter of the best insurance plan, chronic doctor visits, obsessive worrying, and medication guzzling.

Excellent health is a matter of taking good care of what God gave you & putting in it what God made (not some artificial food scientist):
Fresh vegetables, fruits and lean meats AND ocean fish. Then walk in the sun for at least 30 minutes a day.* (Use your sunscreen as needed.)

Moderate vitamins:
A good multiple vitamin (Theragran-M?)
Vitamins C, E and the B-complex
Folic Acid
Co-Q 10
These are what the doctors we know who are health conscious (!) take themselves daily.

*Recent research indicates that black men suffer more from prostate cancer due to a lack of vitamins A & D in their diets. Where do you get it? From the sun.
