At these sources:

Food Coops

(Search these terms in your locale. You'll find plenty of listings. If not, you can also order online for delivery to your home. It's easy!)

Taste? You can bet that organic food is tastier than any genetically engineered franken food at the local supermarket. But to be sure, season it with taste. Use fresh herbs, spicy seasonings. Give your veggies the native touch. Go African, Caribbean, Mexican, Indian. Once you get used to a new recipe, it's a kick!

For example:
Add cumin seeds, nutmeg (a pinch), sauteed onions & garlic to red or black beans.

Roast garlic sections and shallots (250' for 25 mins.) then simmer them in a pot of olive oil (20 mins.) - Mercy! - Saute' some greens or chicken in a bit of that - Ouch! So good it hurts.
